SportLive is provided by Melih Güçlü, a sole proprietorship, under the Piklo Studio and MEG Digital brands. Place of business: Afyonkarahisar / Merkez, Türkiye. Contact and personal data requests: info@piklos.com.
For SportLive account and registration processing, the data controller is Melih Güçlü. For the member, prospective member and staff data that gyms record in SportLive, the data controller is the respective gym business; Melih Güçlü acts as the data processor for that data.
You can delete your SportLive (com.piklostudio.megspor) or Omega Pilates (com.piklostudio.omegapilates) account from inside the app. If you cannot sign in, the email route below is also open. Developer: Melih Güçlü / Piklo Studio; Google Play account: MEG Digital.
If you are a member: delete in the app
- Open the Profile tab in the app.
- In the My account section, tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be deleted and what stays with the gym, then tap I want to delete my account and then Permanently delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately and the device is signed out. A deleted account cannot sign in again.
Deleted immediately
- The email and phone details and sign-in codes on your app account
- Your push tokens and the device details on your sessions
- The profile photo you uploaded from the app
- The measurements you entered yourself and your in-app notification inbox
- The gender, date of birth, height, weight, goal and emergency note on your app profile
Your sessions on every device are closed. Only your name and the deletion date remain in the account record so the gym can conclude the deletion request.
What stays with the gym and why
Your membership, package, payment, instalment, session and check-in records are the gym’s commercial records; they stay with the gym for the legal retention period. The app forwards a deletion request to every gym you are connected to. The gym deletes or anonymises your records that it has no obligation to keep within 30 days at the latest. Copies remaining in technical backups are deleted when the backup cycle completes.
If you are staff: send a request in the app
- Open the Account screen in the app.
- Tap Delete my account, read the explanation and tap Send deletion request.
Because shift, till and payroll records are tied to the gym’s operations, your request is forwarded to the gym owner and your account stays open in the meantime. When the gym owner closes your account, your sign-in and all your sessions end; the records of the period you worked stay with the gym for the legal retention period. The request is concluded within 30 days at the latest. You can request the deletion of your other personal data linked to the account separately from the gym or from info@piklos.com.
If you are the gym owner, your request is passed to us because it closes the gym’s whole account. We contact you to discuss how your records will be handed over and the records that must be kept by law.
If you cannot get into the app: apply by email
If you cannot sign in to the app or you are using an old version where the Delete my account option does not appear (try updating the app first), write to info@piklos.com from the email address linked to your account:
- State the name of the app and the gym, the name registered on your account and the email or phone we can match your account with.
- We match your application with your account and the relevant gym and contact you for identity verification.
- Your account is deleted with the same scope as the in-app deletion; the 30-day process above applies to gym records.
The link only opens an email draft; the request is not sent until you send it. Do not attach a password, sign-in code or identity document. Legal representatives may apply on behalf of underage users.
